Abstract

|
Objectives: We all search a chemical component of Polygalae Radix, and We will observe correlation with oriental medicine effect of Polygalae Radix related to chemical components as we consider medical effect.
Methods: We collected results of research regarding a chemical component of Polygalae Radix, and had was regarding chemical component and we searched medical result of research through publications, Internet journals. We investigated oreintal medicine effects of Polygalae Radix, and we found out medical actions related to this.
Results: A component chemical Polygalae Radixl come out into the open triterpenoid saponin, onjisapoin A, B, E, F, G, xanthone, and we was becoming clear, and medical experimental was an operation related to this whether brain nerves and increase of memory, effect protective of antipsychitic, anti immflammatory, antibacterial and the discharge of phelgm. The oreintal medicine effect of Polygalae Radix is the operation that is ``tranquilizing mind and relieving mental distress``, ``resolving phelgm and inducing resusciation`` and ``subduing swelling and resolving mass``. Acknowledgement: A lot of sections which doesn``t become yet clear about chemical components of Polygalae Radix will be need to proceed a researcher regarding this, and we find out a correlation with the oreintal medicine effect, and we can get a foundation as Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) through this.
